Samsung officially released the Galaxy A05 in Indonesia in October 2023 with 4GB/6GB RAM specifications, 64GB/128GB storage. Using the Mediatek Helio G85 chipset and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, it has a 6.7-inch HD+ PLS LCD screen and a 5000 mAh battery.
To be able to compete in its class, it seems that the Samsung A05 will have difficulty because the specifications are less promising. Having a 50 MP main camera and a 5 MP front camera, the body is not yet dust and splash resistant and does not have a fingerprint sensor.

Available in three variants in Indonesia, the Samsung A05 is available with an initial price starting from IDR 1,499,000 for the 4GB RAM version with 64GB internal storage. While the two variants with 4GB RAM and 6GB storage with 128GB are priced at IDR 1,699,000 to IDR 1,899,000.
